Third Age Trust 

There is a wealth of help and advice on the Third Age Trust web site.  This link is to an article on keeping in touch in these difficult times.  Following the arrows at the bottom of the page leads to articles that give information and guidance on the corona virus, on keeping on learning, and more.

 

We recommend that while on the page, you use the link there to sign up to receive the TAT's informative National Newsletters, that will keep you in touch in future. Or use this link to learn more about the Newsletters, to sign up and to see the archive of Newsletters.

There is a lot of interesting advice, information, news of what other districts are doing, and suggested things to do  in the sample Newsletter, which you can see here.  Do remember to sign up to receive your own Newlsetterdirect to your inbox.

A Fleet u3a Members Group has been set up on Facebook where members can share experiences, advice, stories and humour.  Click here to join in. If you are not already a member of Facebook you will need to join.  You can do so quite safely and need have no concerns about joining this members only group.  If you are a Facebook member and are  signed in, the above link will take you direct to the group, otherwise you will see a sign-in page. Just put in the email address you joined with and your password.  This is a members only group, so on your first visit you will have to apply to join.  You may be asked for your u3a membership number.

Hampshire Neighbourhood Alert

Neighbourhood Alerts are issued periodically by Hampshire County Council and the Police giving news and updated advice on coronavirus related matters affecting the local community, including services providing help and support.  We recommend that you sign up to receive these Alerts here.
